About Ms. Dalby

I have been providing counseling services in Loudoun County since 2000.  My office is located in Lansdowne, Virginia, where I provide therapy for adults and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD or relationship issues.  My undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from James Madison University followed by a Masters in Social Work in 1994 from Virginia Commonwealth University.  I obtained my License in Clinical Social Work in 1998. During my master's degree program, I worked at Dominion Hospital, an inpatient facility for the treatment of mental health issues.  After graduating from VCU, I worked as a Hospice Social Worker, supporting patients and families who were facing end of life issues.

I strive to enhance my skills and knowledge through Continuing Education, with a focus on the most current treatment options and best therapeutic practices.  Below is a summary of my trainings.
